Focus on user's needs
Focus on anticipating what user's might need to do and ensuring that the interface has elements that are easy to access, understand, and use to facilitate those actions. A good user experience brings together concepts from business objectives, user research, content strategy, information architecture, visual design, interaction design and usability. So I always put my effort in create most user friendly UX designs.
I conduct research to understanding user behaviors, requirement, and motivations by conducting interviews, surveys, usability evaluations etc. With the help of attitudinal and behavioural approaches to get a statistically reliable assessment, I also conduct surveys - online and offline. It helps me discover patterns among larger groups.
I like to organize information in the simplest way to help users understand where they are, what is around, and what to expect. As I realize that users need solutions with the least amount of time and effort, I spend a lot of time organizing content; keeping it short and crisp. So, it’s easy for users to find what they are looking for.
I play with the elements and principles of design. I believe layout can do wonders. Usage of the right pictures has a positive impact on the end users. Users are more likely to read the curated content when they get hooked to the images used. Ultimately, that helps in learning what the product/website offers and all about the business.
In addition to the other elements & principles, I invest a considerable amount of time working on the user interaction behaviour factors, utilizing them to improve the user interaction with the product/website. All my designs are done by understanding how users interacts and how the product reacts to the users’ inputs and provides feedback.
My core skill is aesthetic, memorable and minimalistic design, which ensures ease of use of the product. And making use of my analytical skills, I create responsive design with pixel perfect UI. Being an avid user of several apps, I constantly think about opportunities to improve by discovering problems in the experience, for the betterment of the product.
My main intention here is to bridge the gap between the goals of users and businesses. I use short and crisp content to ensure that it reflects how the users think and feel. As UX and content come hand in hand, I craft the content to create a positive impact on the users. I thrive to deliver a better experience after all.

User flows where created to help understand the essential screens that would need design for the application. Start creating prototypes in paper before starting with mid and high fedility wireframes, which is an iterative process. These paper prototypes then used it in the brainstorming sessions with the team to visualize a broad range of design solutions before deciding which one to go with. After having multiple brainstorming section with the team and gathering multiple feedbacks from the teams I have to update the design and then start creating the low fedility wireframes in figma. Once the low fedility screens are ready, conducted usabilty testing with multiple users in the personas. User were assigned to perform situational tasks and their behavior was observed. Capture the pain points and usability issues by obeserving the user completing basic tasks and functions. Also capture feedback from the user to check whether the product is functional, reliable, usable. Analysing the feedback for further refinement in the prototype. Once the feedback and refinement is incorporated in the latest design iteration, another round of usability testing will perform and capture the feedback. Based on the feedback and observations from usability testing, started create the style guide and high fedility designs in figma to add more colour, intuitive and delightful experience for the user. After that another round of usabilty testing will perform with the users and mark their feedback for further iteration if needed. Once the design is ready for developement, I have to pass all the design assets to the dev team and also attach the figma clickable prototype link to the corresponding jira story. Also I have validate the design in developement phase once the story moves for QA review. UI/UX review tasks are assigned to me for each story to validate and make sure everything is perfect before goes in to production.
